3. Inquiries, Quotes, and Orders
3.1 Project Inquiries
The Site allows users to submit project inquiries, upload engineering drawings, and request quotes for custom metal manufacturing services. All inquiries submitted through https://zhmfr.com are subject to these Terms.
3.2 Quote Requests
When you submit a request for a quote, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your project, including but not limited to: material specifications, dimensions, quantities, tolerance requirements, finish preferences, and target delivery dates. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of the quote provided.
3.3 Orders
All orders placed with Dongguan Kewei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd are subject to these Terms. A binding agreement is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation and you accept it. Each order is governed by the specific terms agreed upon in the order confirmation, including pricing, lead time, and delivery terms.
3.4 Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to require a deposit or full payment before production begins, particularly for custom or first-time orders.
3.5 Payment Processing
We process payments using third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. By making a payment, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these payment processors. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) you provide. We are not responsible for any issues or disputes you may have with Stripe or PayPal.
3.6 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Dongguan Kewei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
3.7 Returns and Rework
Since all products are custom-made according to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted for non-defective parts. If the parts do not conform to the mutually agreed specifications or drawings, we will, at our discretion:
- Rework the non-conforming parts to meet the specifications
- Replace the non-conforming parts
- Provide a full or partial refund
Any claim for non-conforming parts must be submitted within 15 days of receipt. We are not responsible for issues arising from material provided by you or from specifications you supplied that contained errors.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
The Site may allow you to submit comments, product ratings, or other content (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”). You are solely responsible for your UGC. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your UGC as described in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

For physical products manufactured by us, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific order in question, and such liability is contingent upon our receiving written notice of any claim within 15 days of your receipt of the products.
The foregoing does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dongguan Kewei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User-Generated Content, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. You agree that any arbitration will occur on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site and your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
